Site Membership and Termination of Accounts
Lushcashback allows four accounts per household. You can be an UK or International member however, most retailers that pay cashback for sales are not suitable for international members.You must be aged 10 or older aswell to meet requirements of getting an account.
We reserve the right to refuse membership. Further, we reserve the right to terminate your Lushcashback account at any time, this would mainly be to severe breaches of our terms and conditions.
2) Cashback
As a member of Lushcashback you may earn cashback on many retailers, but every retailer reserve the right to reject the transaction.
We will make every effort to ensure cashback offers are correctly shown. However sometimes the commission maybe slightly wrong, if there is a massive difference we will compensate for this by offering you high cashback rates on other retailers to make up for this amount.
It's important to note that all transactions you make are not with us but the individual retailer.
Your Lushcashback account will not automatically have confirmed cash it may take between 1-7 days for a retailer to confirm as the company themselves have to confirm it.
Should the goods be refunded or the sale otherwise reversed then you will have the amount debited from your account. If you are incorrectly credited the amount can be debited from your account at any time. However, this is a rare occurance and hopefully we won't see any of these procedures taken out on our members.
Cash can only be added to your account when you are logged into the site and go through a link.
All transactions are electronically logged and reported back by the retailer. Lushcashback will make every effort to make sure you get your cash confirmed however the retailers decision is final. Reporting broken retailers will be mostly appreciated and you may earn cashback for reporting numerous links and site errors and written content mistakes it helps keep our site professional.
3) Privacy Policy

4) Payments
Payments are generally issued promptly on specific payment dates stated when you login. If you do not request withdrawal then your cashback balance will stay until you do so.
Transactions will only be confirmed when the retailer confirms them, we will make every effort to get the cashback, we make no promise on the transaction being confirmed however, its very rare this happens nearly all offers are confirmed.
We will not be liable for any fees caused by the payment methods used, this is out of our control, therefore, make sure you choose the best payment method for yourself. This is why we offer a variety of payment methods

All copyright, trade marks and all other intellectual property rights in the Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website) are owned by or licensed to Lush Cashback or otherwise used by Lush Cashback as permitted by law. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the content solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
6) Member Newsletters
All members will receive our newsletter, informing you about updates to the site and offers. You must provide a valid email to receive the newsletters, and you choose if you want to receive it.
7) IP Address
You agree to let us track your IP address when you register to the site this is for security reasons.
8) Transactions being Cancelled
From time to time transactions may be confirmed and then cancelled later on, this is a rare case. This will occur if you are making fraudulent offers do not do this.
9) Change of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time however you will be notified of the changes made this generally will be through email or notifications on our website.
